Staff were very helpfull cleaned the villa on request and help with any issues

The room and the breakfast were really good!

The internet was really bad.

The place was nice and the location is really good. It’s close to enough to the beach but not so close that it’s too loud and busy

When I checked in the property kept asking me to pay cash. They even said I agreed to pay cash already even though there was no prior mention of this. I booked the hotel specifically because they said they accepted credit cards but they kept not wanting to take a a card and then finally said I could only pay with a card with many transaction fees by clicking on a special link. It was all pretty weird so I eventually went to change more money and just paid in cash but even after going out of my way to get cash they wouldn’t give me a receipt right away. I had to do more back and forth just to get proof of payment. I don’t mind if the rule is cash only but it’s very important that they don’t advertise that they accept cards so I can prepare for this. Also receipts for cash payments are pretty obviously important. In general the hotel was good and the staff was nice but the back and forth over cash wasted a lot of my vacation time and left me with a bad feeling.

Clean, spacious, had everything we needed

There was no tv but that wasn’t a big deal just the other thing I could fault it on

The staff here is very nice, also the place is very comfortable to stay.

location was great 5 min scooter ride from Batu balong beach and echo beach, showers and toilets worked comfy beds and pillows and fast wifi great place for a group of friends
