Canggu Circle Villa by Ini Vie Hospitality

Stayed a week with my friends here, from the moment we got to the villa, we were welcomed by the most friendliest staff, they couldn’t do enough for us. They were so kind, and went above and beyond for us. The villa itself was lovely, it was clean and tidy. It was also my birthday, they printed a huge picture off of me, and sang me happy birthday in the evening, which was so incredibly special.

The bath outside caused the bathroom to have an odd smell to it - obvs the drainage!

Property was beautiful, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom and pool. Breakfast was below average, one major thing to improve

The staff is very polite and has a good attitude. There are many types of breakfast and it is very delicious.

The air-conditioning in the room is not cool, the faucet in the bathtub is broken and I can't use the bathtub. The water from the bath faucet is very small, so I can't enjoy taking a bath. The design of the bed needs to be improved. Since the mattress is smaller than the bed board, almost every day when I pass by the bed, it will be scratched by the bed board. Hit at a right angle, very painful. The stairs to the second floor were very loud and felt like they would collapse at any moment. The swimming pool was very dirty. I could only see bottle caps and garbage in it, which made me afraid to go in and play.

The staff were incredibly helpful and caring. The Villa was beautiful and felt like home. I would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay! Ms. Danielle

The location is a little bit far out of the “buzz” - which I personally didn’t mind, as I like my quiet. It’s cheap and easy to get into the main area via scooter or GoJek - about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

The staff that worked there were the best! Very attentive and were a pleasure to talk to. Massages that were organized by reception were also great.

Only fault I had was the breakfast wasnt the best for the price, 120K RUP for every meal.

The ac was not working in a room, the pillows seemed too big. Also the towels and sheets didn’t smell clean.
