The room was beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere and jacuzzi. But Gabriella at the reception was exceptional and always ready to help with anything we needed! Would stay here again if I come back.

Wonderful location. Staff very kind and helpful. Room was very pleasant. Would not be good for mobility impaired as there are steps down into room and up to toilet area.

Would have like to have hair conditioner in shower (minor issue!)
