The room has the instagram wow factory and looks sensational for photos Roof top terrace was cool

Due to the bath in the room with no seperation from the bed / wardrobe etc, everything felt damp! For the price it was very dissapointing. Drinks in the room & terrace super expensive Breakfast was quite limited but nice enough, got promised a takeaway breakfast but this didnt arrive. For the price you pay i think there would be much better in Monopoli

very nice and helpfull staff, whirlpool in the room and on the rooftop. very comfortable bed.

Location

We booked the most expensive room expecting a higher floor or a touch of luxury. While the design was quite nice, the room had a jacuzzi that was already filled, making the entire space super humid and giving it a damp, cave-like smell. Being on the ground floor, we could hear everyone passing on the street, making it impossible to sleep. For nearly €400, it was an extremely disappointing stay. Never again.

Very new so looked exceptional on the eye.

As it is new quite a few teething problems.

Good location, welcome, and help with difficult parking. Otherwise most disappointing – “Romantic Suite” bedroom was oppressive and cramped, with nowhere to put stuff down and much of the floor space taken up by an unnecessary bath. Bathroom stylish but impractical. Roof terrace had nowhere comfortable to sit and enjoy the view.

Gabriela was so helpful at the property and even came to park in the reserved parking lot. The suites are in a perfect location on the edge of the old town so easy to drive into. Would be good to allow for a slightly later check out as 10 pm is quite early but they were accommodating to leave a bit later. Also loved the bathroom but just missing a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Other than that - wonderful stay. Would recommend!
