La mujer que nos atendió fue encantadora. Para ir hasta el alojamiento se necesita coche, pero desde kiruna es un momento. Hay un súper a 10 minutos en coche y a 20 minutos a pie si el río está congelado. Para ver auroras es ideal

The location is really nice. The experience to walking on a frozen river from camp to Icehotel was amazing. Tony and his wife were friendly and helpful.

We paid nearly €450 per night for an igloo, but it was extremely small and felt very overpriced for what was offered. One of the most uncomfortable aspects was the toilet situation. The igloos only have a dry toilet, and during check-in we were specifically warned not to use it for “number two,” otherwise the room would smell. Because of this, we had to use the shared toilets, which is not what you expect at this price level. There is also no proper shower in the private area. Another issue was the hygiene standards. After breakfast, guests are required to wash their own dishes. While I could accept this at a basic campsite, it feels completely inappropriate for a place charging €450 per night. More importantly, I saw how other guests washed dishes, and it was far from hygienic. For example, I took a simple black coffee, and the cup smelled strongly of milk. I haven’t consumed milk for 20 years, so this was very unpleasant and clearly showed that the cup had not been properly cleaned. Being forced to drink from poorly washed dishes is unacceptable at this price point. A place charging this much should at least ensure basic hygiene instead of leaving cleaning responsibilities to guests and then serving those items to others. Additionally, the shower area and breakfast area are located in the same space. I witnessed guests placing their used towels on the dining tables after showering. This is extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable to see—especially when you are paying a premium price.

Glass igloo esperienza da vivere una volta nella vita. Vista fantastica, letto comodo, stanza calda. Il bagno è a secco, pertanto basta saperlo e si può andare nei bagni comuni.

Più che un soggiorno una esperienza. Dal letto si vede il fiume ghiacciato, la neve, i colori del cielo.

Non adatto a chi cerca i comfort da Grand Hotel, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena
