Great location in central Palermo, close to La Marqueda and Quatro Canti. The hostess was very helpful.

Mind the lock at the front door. If you lock it from outside your fellow guests will not be able to unlock it from inside. This kind of lock is not uncommon in Sicily.

Wir haben eine Rundreise gemacht, in eigener Regie , sind in Palermo gelandet, mit der ersten gebuchten Unterkunft und sind dann zum Schluss drei Tage in Palermo geblieben und sind da sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden. Hilfsbereit, alle Hinweise auf Sehenswürdigkeiten sind erfolgt, die Lage war einfach 1A mit Sternchen, wir sind 500m von der Altstadt entfernt gewesen, kein Auto nötig! Unten um die Ecke ein typisches Café, Espresso, cornetto, wunderbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber.

Ja, es war in der Nacht schon etwas laut, aber das weiß man, wenn man in eine solche Stadt fährt, man teinktmeinen Viano mehr, letztendlich ist man ausgeruht, macht dann , wie die Sizilianer, mittags Siesta 🤩

Awesome location, hostess is very friendly & informative, reserved parking for us on request, excellent cafe below the apartment & the restaurant across the road serves excellent food at great prices. 50M walk onto the man tourist street full of food stalls etc, Palermo is much more vibrant than most travel guides lead you to believe (yes it is priced for the tourist so don't expect EUR1 Arancini) . Only issue we had was finding the apartment, google showed it at the end of the block of apartments so about 50m out. Definitely recommend it

Missing a larger sign outside the building would be the only complaint, but it is a lovely apartment & has the usual Apartment signage & push button so probably not a lot they cn do about this.
