Chambre très propre, équipement récent . Hôtes adorables, bon accueil. La proximité du centre historique ,proche de la gare ferroviaire et gare des bus facilement accessible à pied. Arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport sur la via Roma à trois minutes .

Pas de point négatif si ce n’est le bruit extérieur mais c’est le centre ville.

The room was basic but very clean. Staff (Nicolina) was fantastic ... very helpful and provided us with very useful information to get around Palermo, the key sights etc. A convenient location, very close to the main roads, and it was easy to take the inter-bus to the airport.

We booked through Hotels.com, as a hotel near the airport in Palermo, and the listing said the hotel has shuttle service.. Its an hour and 20 minutes from the airport, and the hotel does not have shuttle service. We had a 5:20 a.m. flight the next day. So we did not stay there. The reason for the low rating is that when I called the hotel to ask about the shuttle and told them hotels.com says there is a shuttle, he said "call hotels.com" and hung up.
