Sri Permana Suite and Villa Ubud

The staff were kind and friendly.

Should replenish coffee, tea and beverages every day.

The villa is spacious.

1. - I found long and short black hairs in the 'Clean' bedding, as well as big yellow stains on the pillows. I did not get into bed until after midnight, with reception closed I couldn't ask for a sheet change until the following morning. I slept on top of the bedding, not inside the sheets. . - I informed housekeeping the following morning, they advised they would change the sheets. - When I spoke to the manager the following night, she did not offer an apology.. instead she belittled me and stated 'Well, you should have called me'. An apology would have gone a long way in this case.... I regret not responding with 'Well, the bedding should have been clean in the first place'. 2. - I didn't realise it was a long walk from the communal car park (approx 600m), no car access only by foot or bike. I was able to walk down the long down hill path with my suitcase to the villa. - When I arrived to check in, the same female manager stated 'You should have called me for a pick up'. Again, felt belittled.. I had sent her a message the day before of my arrival time on Whatsapp, the least she could have done was to inform me that a pick up service was available from the car park. 3. - Felt nauseated for most of the day after eating the breakfast provided (I don't have a sensitive stomach, never had Bali belly, so that surprised me). I declined any further breakfast thereafter. 4. - Fan didn't work in the outdoor living area. 5. - Left an outdoor light on while out, returned in the night to find approx 100 black bugs at the bedroom door. In this case, I informed reception who cleaned it immediately and sprayed/swept. He turned off my lights, so I sat in the dark in the outdoor seating... 6. - The lighting in the bathroom is very poor, felt like midnight darkness with both lights on. 7. - Shower drain was blocked with hair, caused some flooding after a short 5 min shower.

Everything was nice including the staff
