Sri Permana Suite and Villa Ubud

Villa au calme, personnel très gentil et efficace. Lits très grands et très confortables. Propre, climatisation efficace, linge confié à l'équipe récupéré propre et repassé le soir (en supplément)

Ce n'est pas un problème d'appréciation, mais à savoir qu'il y a une petite marche (7min) dans un endroit sympa et paisible mais non accessible aux taxis pour rejoindre la villa. Il faut bien préciser le lieu de dépose aux voitures grab sinon risque de se retrouver perdus dee l'autre côté de la gorge

I celebrated my birthday here and it was wonderful! The staff set up a gorgeous floral arrangement in the pool for me. Plus, the villa owner is a fantastic photographer, and she captured loads of great pictures. She mentioned they'll be posted on the booking platform (so keep an eye out for me on the website haha!). I'm so happy here! ☺️

The place was a bit hard to find at first, and I had some trouble communicating with the staff — but overall, they were very helpful!

Très belle villa tout confort, au calme. Pour y arriver , le taxi vous dépose sur le parking et le personnel vient vous chercher en scooter pour vous amener à la villa. Située à environ 1,5km du centre d’Ubud, mieux vaut se déplacer en scooter via Grab.

We stayed on the second floor and had a lovely view.

The stairs are a bit of a challenge.

Service was good and very friendly and ready to help always. and not far from all attractions.

I did not like bath room for following reasons 1) no enough water pressure for shower 2) There is not enough light and dark bath room , have request to add lights there was no response on it. 3) Internet is very bad not stable internet connection

Good sized villa, nice private pool, friendly staff, cafes/food short walk away.

The property is quite old and needs maintenance - old shower, water is not draining when showering, leaking roof when raining, standing water on the floor in bathroom and kitchen when it’s raining. Breakfast was always stone cold (eggs, bacon and sausages); not enough coffee in the kitchen and it doesn’t get replenished, on the last day we didn’t even get coffee for all at breakfast as it’s apparently finished.

Great location, great vibes, and the staff is always very helpful. The owner is also a very lovely lady. I was so happy the first couple of nights that I extended my stay in the suite longer. I will definitely stay here again!

Not many vegan options for breakfast (only fruit, which was tasty still) maybe it is something to consider for the future. There are some gekos and ants around the property but I think it's quite normal in Ubud
