We loved everything about your place, such a suburb location, the cooked breakfast prepared in our villa was just lovely

the apartment was huge and magnificent

power went out at 4am one day but that wasn't the host's fault

Loved the decor and location was exceptional

The staff were great and very attentive and prompt. Full kitchen with everything you need.

For over $1600aud for 5 nights I would have expected clean towels. Not once was I given clean towels in that time. Also townhouse 4 master ensuite had the most horrible septic smell in it that made the whole townhouse smell. I asked my neighbours if their room smelt and it did not. On top of that no one tells you that there is construction going on until you get there which blocks out almost all the natural direct sunlight.

Property was spacious for 6, rooms were huge and we loved the pool. Staff was always super responsive via whatsapp and very accommodating. Location was walkable to most things that we wanted to see. Property felt safe and had good security.

We stayed at the villa during the rainy season. Our room drywall was flaking off and clearly had quite severe water damage.

Property was in a good location just off the main strip, place is well designed and modern

The tiles snapped in the back garden which made the sitting ( egg chair ) and me fall onto the floor and bruise myself, the chair fell over and put dirty rusty water into the pool. The way I see it is in bali the construction work is not very good, after looking at what the tiles were sitting on, they had no solid base underneath them which is what caused this. This is after 10 minutes of being here The manager, didn’t want to give a refund as we wanted to move out. The place is noisy due to construction but we knew that and that’s fine.
