Modern design when I have chosen the Villa on Booking.com

This is the most horrible place I have ever been to. So much so that my wife and I ran away from here three days early. They refused to refund us for the remaining days... Let's start with the fact that there is a construction site nearby, and if you want to wake up to unreal noise during your vacation, then welcome. From 8-9 to 17 every day there is continuous hammering. And the view from your room will be of the builders. What is the point of a large panoramic window if strangers will be looking at you through it, like a TV? Life here has turned into a reality show for workers. As a bonus to everything, there is an unreal stench in the toilet. Of course, they hung various fragrant figurines, but this disgusting aura cannot be overcome by anything. You will definitely not want to go to the shower and toilet again. We rented a two-story townhouse for a week for about 19 million rupees, which is not a small amount for Bali... We've already visited 5 villas with a lower price tag, and compared to Alex Villas, it's just paradise everywhere. All the beautiful things are known in comparison.

Huge 3 bed villa & private pool and rooftop, spotless, quiet, great location walkable to main strip. Will be back!

No laundry facilities

Very good location, everything you need is close to the property. I Loved that it was modern, it had nice a nice interior and it was very spacious

I didn’t like the handheld shower however it was not an issue, in addition there was a few things inside that needed revamping

Fantastic location, although was a bit dark / dirty walking down the alley from the street. Property was well looked after and service was great.

Communal pool smaller than it looked in pictures, but still very nice. Not easy to buy groceries near by unless you had a scooter

Lots of items falling apart, not being maintained, shower is poor, led lights falling apart around pool area, don’t work, pool dirty and unbalanced

Beautiful large space and in a great location to nightlife, everyting was walking distance. The staff were very friendly.

Sheets were dirty upon arrival with stains, they did house keeping and just remade the bed with the dirty sheets so for 2 days we had these dirty sheets. Due to there being high walls between the townhouses, we didn't get any sunlight in the backyard so weren't able to use our townhouse's pool as was too cold in the shade.
