Our stay in the Ridge Bali was more than amazing, every single detail was taken great care of, the staff was extremely lovely & helpful & wanted to make us happy, they sent us a dessert & a flower bouquet when they knew it’s our wedding anniversary. Special Thanks to Ngurah who did everything he could to make our stay remarkable also big thanks to Desak so was so amazing as well. We would love to come back again.

I chose this place because it is very new, has an amazing view with it’s location and it looked amazing with it’s ambiance. And my experience was far beyond this. First of all they welcome me with a delicious drink at the bar and Vlad hosted me very nicely while i was waiting for my room. Also they upgraded my villa and the villa has a stunning view. The moment i saw it i felt like i am in heaven. The villa has river, jungle and rice terrace view. Every little detail about the villa the design itself, the decor is so elegant and tasteful. You can see the elegance of Balinese touch in everything. Everything you may need and even more has been considered. So private and cozy that you feel yourself so relaxed and indulged. Unfortunately i stayed only 2 nights but i spent all my time in The Ridge Bali and didn’t want to go outside. Angga and Anggi are very professional, kind and caring. They didn’t skip any detail to make yourself comfortable and felt special. The bar area is also exceptional with its view, especially at sunset and the menu it has. I had my delicious breakfasts in my villa, amazing dinners at the bar area. I also had yoga session and massage in my room, both of them were great, thanks to Win and Sri. The villas are cleaned twice a day. There is always fresh fruits in the villa. I had an afternoon tea, was also very nice and delicious. You can easily contact the butlers via whatsapp, they are so careful with your privacy and so kind. Thanks to Desak, who contacted me from the begining to the end. Thanks to everyone, they all made my stay memorable. And lastly thanks to the Owner, thanks to you for this amazing place, and the exceptional luxury service you and your team provide to your guests. This is exactly the best and unique experience I have ever had! I would definitely love to come back again.

Everything was amazing! The rooms are perfectly equipped with every detail you could wish. It was all the time so clean and we received fresh fruits and drinks. The outside area with the stunning view and pool - just speechless! The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. They organized an amazing tour- the food in the restaurant and the breakfast is a dream! We almost couldn’t wait to get up in the morning to enjoy it and never went to another place outside to eat, as we just wanted to enjoy the restaurants lovely cooked food. The ridge was the best place we went on our Bali trip! After we left this place it was really hard to get comfortable at another place! I really hope to can come back one day! Thanks to the whole ridge team to make this stay unforgettable! You are such an amazing team ❤️

A new hotel in a beautiful location with a great view. The staff is very nice and friendly.

As usual the problems are hidden in the details. The fridge in the room and a machine outside the villa make a very loud noise, I couldn't sleep well even after putting earplugs in my ears. And this was in the villa which is considered the best. They offered us an upgrade for an additional fee and we accepted, we'd rather not do it. The most unpleasant and completely unprofessional thing was the way the hotel management reacted the next day, after sending them the sound recording made during the night. Instead of at least cancelling the extra fee for the upgrade, they tried to negotiate to cancel just part of it. When you check guests into your best villa and they can't sleep because of noise from broken or misplaced appliances, it's unfortunate to ask for extra payment for the upgrade. This boutique hotel could be a good option and it's a shame for the good investment made by the owner not to have better quality management, not being able to handle such a situations properly.

Good privacy for us as we wanted something relaxing and peaceful vibe.
