Nice property with a huge amount of potential

Not the best value for money, disappointed in some of the facilities. Charging for Pilates classes seemed a little unfair to guests, the sauna was beautiful but pointless as it was only 40 degrees, one heater wasn’t working. Advised staff of this and they advised it was repaired, this wasn’t the case. Our room wasn’t ready at checkin, we waited 1 hour which wasn’t a great first impression, we were compensated with a drink voucher which could only be used on mocktails. Our room was close to the road and quite noisy.
