Clean and good facilities, great view and kind staffs

Everything was amazing. The hotel is beautifully designed, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is stunning and offers a unique, tranquil experience that makes it easy to relax and enjoy Uluwatu.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit isolated. While the location itself is fantastic, the road leading to the property is not very well lit, making it less pleasant to go out at night, especially if you're driving a scooter.

What I liked was the restaurant. Food was really nice. The Pilates was great as well.

I did not like the fact that rooms were not cleaned (we had ants in both our rooms). The staff was not well-trained and the hotel was not well maintained. This is definitely neither a 5star nor a 4star hotel. I would definitely not recommend. We spent most of our time there dealing/discussing with the staff on how to resolve issues with the hotel and not relaxing and enjoying our time off.

Construction nearby, extreme construction noise, staff didn't help, frequent power outages

The rooms are comfortable, and the location is close to the Uluwatu Centre. Staff are great, very friendly and happy to support!

Very confusing layout, there is a lack of signs across the hotel complex. Easy to get lost. There were remains of a giant insect left in my sister's room, which wasn't great. If you're scared of insects, I would avoid staying here. The breakfast is not worth getting as it isn't good at all compared to other stays in Bali. Very dry and stale. The showers also smell like sulphur.

Property is beautiful and the staff are friendly

Everything, the location was perfect for access to the touristy South whilst still peaceful. The staff could not have been more helpful and the bungalow was perfect, loved the layout so spacious and made the most of the beautiful surroundings. Wish we had stayed longer, our favourite place in Bali.

The room were exactly as depicted on the pictures. The facilities are impressive and very luxurious.

The food coul've been better. Excellent service though.
