The apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. It has everything you need. Laura was very accommodating. It is walking distance to the train station. We only had trouble finding parking, but if you arrive early, it will be fine. We definitely recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful place.

INIt was pretty new and super clean. Room was very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Though we didn't get to meet the owner but the instructions she shared were very easy to understand. There were water bottles in the room and a coffee machine along with some delicious cookies. Such warm and thoughtful gestures make you feel home.
The locality is average but it's walkable from train station.
It was easily accessible from the station. Room was clean and adequate. All communication including cheking in and out was done via whats app which i found quite impersonal.
CALarge bedroom and bathroom. Cold mini fridge with few complimentary bottles of water. Free cookies, coffee & tea. Easy checkin and checkout. Friendly responsive owner. Met Laura’s mother who kindly showed us how to work coffee machine: press top button once and wait until stop blinking then press once more to start coffee. We found location convenient (did not mind 5 minute walk to train station) to visit Cinq Terre.
I am short and clumsy; rack to hang clothes too high but owner thoughtfully provided pole to reach hangers.
PTI am very disappointed with my recent stay at Laura Guesthouse. After our arrival on May 9, I discovered that the room I had booked was different from the one I was assigned. I had reserved a room with a balcony, as shown on the Expedia website, at a higher price for four nights. However, I was provided with a different room. This discrepancy was not only unexpected but also inconvenient as it did not meet my expectations and requirements. As a result of this error, I ended up paying extra for the price difference between the room I booked and the one I received, according to my booking confirmation on Expedia website.
