CAAlthough I didn't see the host, we exchanged a couple of times on Whatsapp and she was very quick to answer all my questions ! Room is really clean and cozy, AC works fine ! The room and bathroom are a little thight but perfect for what I needed.

Very clean hotel room in block of flats. Good beds, big bathroom, fridge, coffee maker and a little balcony. Air conditioning was working well. Only minus was a very strong fragrance used in corridor, but smell didn't come to the room. Walking distance from the train station and easy to take a train to Cinque Terra.
El cuarto como tal esta muy lindo, limpio, cerca de la estación de tren, pero el barrio en el que se encuentra se ve un poco inseguro.
NOIt was great for one night in La Spezia.. parking was not so difficult to find for free in different street

USroom was clean and beds were comfortable.
shower was clogged and the water was not draining. you couldn’t really take a shower as the water was overflowing after 2 minutes. I did reach the owners immediately for resolution but was told sorry for the inconvenience. we can’t help
