Bertiera Rooms

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed a nice bathroom. The locatiıon is great. It is located in the city center and also close to the train station as well as different facilities. Communication with the reception eas excellent. It was very cleat how to access the room. Wifi works well.

- We stayed at room no:2. The door was stucked, to open need to push with shoulder. - After using the shampoo and shower gel we had to put them on the floor, therefore a shelf in the cabin would be nice. - A blanket was not suitable for the cold days.

This room was exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed and modern functional bathroom. It is situated in an easy to find place in the city center. Communication with hotel staff was excellent. It was very clear how to access the room. If I'm ever in Bologna again, I would stay here.

- Mostly clean - Great location - easy to deal with staff in relation to check in - accommodating re luggage

- lots of dust behind tv, under bed and massive cobweb in bathroom. The place was really clean otherwise though but it would have been perfect if not for these. - cleaning staff should not try to access room on day of check out until after check out time has passed - was knocking on door 10-15 mins before 11am. -not a smart tv (or at least it did not have smart apps)

Very pretty and well equipped room in the city centre, communication with the host was very good

The air-conditioning is not really an air-conditioning and it doesn’t really work, the room is on the groud floor right on the street so you don’t feel very comfortable opening the window. Probably wouldn’t stay here in a summer heatwave again

Nice and clean room with a good location. Easy to access and a nice straight communication and description of how to get in.

Air conditioning didn’t work so we didn’t get any sleep because of the high heat

Our stay at A Nenein con Joy was super comfortable than expected, the room was spotless and clean, towels and bathroom in excellent condition, the air-conditioning was a perfect match for this hot week. Though we arrived late due to delayed flight, the earlier remote check-in days before arrival was a good idea. Communication was good and response time was short and timely. I appreciate the precise, easy to understand information on getting into the apartment and getting to the address. 👍👍 My two thumbs up 😊 Till next time if I visit Bologna again and you're not fully booked.

Nothing to complain about. All was satisfactory.

Great location and close to parking area.

The shower drainage is a bit slow so the bathroom got wet.
