Great location, ideal for what we needed for exploring the city. Comfortable beds. Good shower and bathroom. Cleaning team very good and friendly. They come every 2 days with fresh towels which was a pleasant surprise. Small fridge with 2 small bottles of water upon day 1. Felt secure getting into the location due to double entry locking. Reception team very responsive, friendly and tried to help resolve the air con issue with lending an electric fan.

Unfortunately upon arrival the air in the room (is a room, not apartment) was extremely damp and musty. Air conditioning was listed as one of the features but the air conditioning system did not function properly at all. The team tried re-setting it and asking the residents in the other rooms to stop playing with the functions, but this didn't work either. We opened the windows when we could, to let fresh air circulate but as the room is on the ground floor, we didn't really feel safe leaving them open all night, and so sleeping at night was difficult and interrupted because of the musty air. Eventually both my friend and I got sick from the damp /musty environment. This did spoil our trip unfortunately so I would advise people to think carefully especially as it was not particularly sunny or hot temperatures. Would also point out it is not an apartment as described on Booking.com as an apartment suggests there would be things like a kettle or microwave for self catering, which there were not.

Overraskende fint. Vi skulle lige igennem en fordør der på ingen måde lignede at der var værelser derinde, men da man først var inde var det rigtig fint. Meget centralt beliggende. Kan anbefales!

Very well located in downtown Bologna, very quiet. The room was very clean, modern and functional.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay, heating, fridge, wifi. The bathroom was well equipped with a big shower, bidet and big sink. The location was great, very close to the center. The host was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. Plus the self check in was a big advantage. We'll come back for sure.
