La struttura non possiede reception fisica in loco e non può accettare pagamenti elettronici, per mancanza dei supporti elettronici (POS), ed in contanti per assenza del personale. Su richiesta si può concordare un check-in in presenza all'indirizzo Via San Vitale 4, dalle 15 alle 19:30 massimo. The property does not have a physical reception on-site and cannot accept electronic payments (POS) or cash payments due to the absence of staff and electronic devices. Access to the rooms is provided via password, and online check-in is mandatory. The city tax must be paid electronically before arrival. Upon request, an in-person check-in can be arranged at Via San Vitale 4, at a scheduled time between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM. By prior arrangement with the property, it is possible to check in after the maximum check-in time (19:30); however, staff presence cannot be guaranteed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
