The house is well design and modern

there is no microwave oven provided which is essential there is also need to equip with TV. Both are basic needs

Everything was amazing. The villa was beautiful, even better in person than in the pictures. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is excellent. Would absolutely visit again and recommend without hesitation.

Staff was very good, quick to response, friendly. We even got aloe leaves as we asked for sun burns, very nice! Thank you!

Villa is poorly built, has a lots of holes, all bugs are going inside, if you stay there must have mosquitoes nets

Really, really clean. It's very new. The pool was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were great and very responsive. The outside sunken lounge area is absolutely fantastic. There's no TV in the villas, which is weird, but the Internet is very good.

When you open the sliding door, there's a concrete support pillar right in your way, which is a building oversight. This villa complex is not central and due to the fact that the local "mafia" do not allow Grab or Bluebird transport services to operate in the Kuta area, it's not so simple to access transport. This is not the fault of the villas. It's Kuta Lombok in general. If you don't mind walking 20 mins to get into the action, don't worry.

Tias Villas was beautiful in every way. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and wonderful. There wasn't anything they didn't help us with. I couldn't recommend the villa more. It was a beautiful stay with wonderfully appointed amenities and we loved the pool and high ceilings.

Staff at the top really, thank you for this pleasant stay

Weird marks on the sofa, high bed so got hot at night even with air conditioning, I'd say almost a bit expensive for what it is.
