Friendly staff but completely run down. Needs new mattresses, needs to update bathrooms, internet made it almost impossible to get any work done.
This hotel is mature in every sense. I will return next time.

The whole hotel has this weary vibe, with things often being in a state of disrepair. It reminded me of cheap US hotel, not a high-end place at all.
BELOCATION The hotel's location is perfect. On VI, so good for dining with business contacts. Ideal to go running on Eko Atlantic if you like outdoor sports. While the staff are all very friendly, they are not very proactive.
Totally out of date. I stayed in the Signature building, the top end part of the hotel. Yet this was very old-fashioned, run-down and totally not up to what you would expect for the prices charged ! Breakfast was very limited in choice and more than half of what was offered was always empty and cold. The staff is also totally unseated when and customer needs something (coffee for example). A good manager who takes his job to heart and focuses on the customers instead of the mobile phone could go a long way to remedy this.
