Very nice hotel...room size is adequate...balcony is nice..excellent free breakfast

Water pressure in shower was just ok...more pressure would be nice

The food is fantasticl The proximity to the Walter Carrington is very close, making it a good walking distance.

The noise of the bar in the night, especially when you are tired. The odor of the bathroom, not really sure what it is, but very unpleasant.

Location was fantastic and an easy walk to sightseeing, multiple cafés and live music. The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was exceptional. I look forward to returning in the future!

* safe and secure premises in gated compound with ample security staff * convenient location on Victoria Island close to a variety of amenities from supermarkets to upscale hotels, cafés and restaurants * professional, helpful and friendly staff. Hotel manager, Ayo, deserves particular praise for answering our many questions with patience and organising drivers. Thank you! * good range of dining options * great infinity-style swimming pool * appreciated the two (free) bottles of water every day

* noise from outdoor events can be very intrusive. We had two consecutive nights of loud music, one in particular lasted for 12 hours from 4pm-ish to around 4.15am making it impossible to sleep. If you are looking for a quiet stay, you may need to reconsider. * different rooms and parts of the hotel require different passwords for the Wi-Fi which was a little inconvenient

The staff were extremely helpful Throughout my stay, I felt that if I needed any assistance, there’d be someone on the staff who would find a solution

I liked the fact that it was buffet breakfast.

* More food options for breakfast should be served including fruits. * The bathroom /toilet wall tiles should be thoroughly cleaned daily. * More dstv channels should be provided e.g 401,157, 118

The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. They really cared about my wellbeing. The room was also good, with smart TV and all appliances needed.

The only minor negative thing to note would be the breakfast which is not soo nice. It is quite cold in the hall and the food is not exceptionally tasty, it’s okay :)
