Host were very welcoming and friendly. Room was basic but warm and clean.

Kettle with tea and coffee but no milk jiggers. Although I'm sure they would have given us some had we asked.

Good location cheap and cheerful hotel. Served the purpose of an overnight stay and beds were comfortable.

No issues. No one on person throughout whole stay however communication via message was great and lockbox instructions easy to use.

Lovely room felt at home .my kids felt so calm and relaxed and so did I. Shower was brillant. And a peaceful place to stay

The host Andreas went above and beyond, he was so friendly and helpful, accommodating and flexible. Location is perfect for all the central attractions, they are in walking distance. We parked in the Houndssomething car park which is about 4 min walk away and it was ideal as we were working in the Wintergardens and it was half-way in between. But there are many more parking opportunites all around. Value for money is superb, breakfast menu has a huge choice and it is very yummy. The rooms are on the small side, but that's no surprise in an old-ish house in Blackpool, but to stay overnight totally sufficient. The matress was a dream. We were so pleasantly surprised about it all, we'd certainly stay there again. Thank you!

All been really good

The staff were very pleasant.

The beds were lumpy and one of them was on a slang, so we felt as though constantly falling out of bed. Bathroom was so tiny, it was hard to use with children.

The location of the bed and breakfast was near the winter gardens which was where we were visiting.

The room was diagusting, tired, scruffy and felt dirty. The walls and ceiling were bare raw chip board, was like staying in a crack den. The room was dark as the one ceiling light in there didn’t even work so the only light was a dim bedside lamp. So goodness knows what it was hiding. Thre bathroom was tired.
