Room was cosy, staff amazing. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable at all times. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Friendly staff and everything was spotlessly clean. Close to bars, food outlets and entertainment. The hosts take great pride in their family run business and this shows by how warm and welcoming they were during our stay. Would definitely book to stay here again!

Fantastic location. Great sized room. All 3 beds were comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was a fair price and our host made sure everything was perfect for us. Really friendly chap, great communication. Will definitely stay here again. 5*

Everything! Location was amazing! It was clean, gentleman who we spoke to was extremely kind and attentive, giving our daughter balloons for her birthday! We can't wait to stay again! Every visit to Blackpool, we'll be staying here!

Great location Owners lovely and accommodating The room was big enough for me my 14 yr old 6ft son then 3 other children ages 12,9 and 2

I did find the breakfast very pricey and how much it was a night in comparison to others I found. The rooms man made double bunkbeds and chipboard showing wood I was concerned but after speak to owners the next day they assured be they where very strong and where made due to lack of strength of shop bought!!
