Really comfy beds, good location of you want to stay within the town. No stag or hen parties and it was quiet in the guest house at night

"Close to the Promenade"

Lovely friendly hosts. Really nice rooms, and it had a spacious and welcoming front reception room.

The street was a bit battered looking with a few empty guest house properties with broken falling down signage.

The bed was comfy🤩

The room was very small and dated.. needs a good paint .walls where yellow.not anything like it pictures. There was a damp smell in rooms( we had room 1 &2) room 1 had a plug in heater. and our bathroom didnt have ceiling just bare joists. The bathroom window was falling out.we didnt have breakfast but the room where you got keys was very dark ( some small lighting was on )
