Guest Suite at The Grand Hotel

Not clean rooms No clean sheets No hot water No heating Fridge has mouldy food in it No Internet Vapes found under beds No staff around to help on the Saturday

I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. I had 2, 8 months old with me which made dinner times a struggle and sterilising bottles was awkward as the plug in the sink even when pushed allowed water to drain. The floor was very dirty and the rug looked like if had never been vacumed. Because there was nothing to use to clean we had to buy a giant play mat for the babies to crawl on. The windows barely open, the flat is hot and because there is just a fan the whole place is always moist. They should mention to get to the room there's lots of stairs, going up and down. It was hard work ferrying all of the luggage with someone having to stay with the babies. On 2 occasions I couldn't find any staff in the reception to help with a question and to check out. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and a male member of staff helped us with our pushchair, that's the only positive thing I can say about this trip. If I could get a refund I would because this was a really unpleasant stay and would not recommend.

The guest suite was great for the kids.. Enough space for everyone to move around without feeling like you are on top of each other.

A few cleaning issues on arrival but everything was sorted out promptly

Staff there was very friendly and helpful and the suite it's self was nice just needed to be a bit more up to date but was in a perfect location for skegness shame there is no onsite place to eat and no microwave or anything in the hotel suite its self

How the property it's self was clean then in the suite it's self under the beds was not cleaned in a long time of us staying and the double bed was snapped with pice of wood screwed in holding it together also very noisy Everytime moved to and sofa bed was not very good easy to just pull out and use plus there was some hair witch dint belong to me on the pillow and it's very light at night time even with the curtains drawn

Only down side no breakfast available could have done with a small kitchen facilities

We didn't have any Wi-Fi connection we couldn't get it in the room you could in reception but not in the room we were in

Clean, very close to the beach, arcade and eateries. The beds were very comfortable and it had a brilliant shower.

There was no kitchen ,no cutlery, no microwave, no washing machine.. all they had was six cups and saucers and a fridge freezer. I only saw one person at reception the whole four days I was there and that was when I checked in on the first day.
