Water pressure was often very low and property in desperate need to refurbishment

Lovely old authentic mansion .

The breakfast bits left in the room were ok and although dated the property was ok for what we needed as we were following the ride accross britain and so the location was favourable

Disappointingly and unacceptably neither of our rooms had any hot water - which is very poor

Rooms are big and shared kitchen is convenient for cooking break fast, lunch and dinner. But internet did not working and the hotel maintained its water system. We had yellowish tap water and hotel supplied bottle drinking water during our stay.

A beautiful period guest home with excellent facilities and lovely walks around the property. A very quiet and peaceful location. The personal touches were very kind and welcoming. A lovely welcome card and pastries. Lovely host, totally recommend this property.

Wish we had booked for longer.

Great room size, nice large ensuite. Easy check in process, parked right outside. Nice communal gardens. Dog friendly, Be advised if you have dogs (I did), there are ducks etc loose on the property.

Nothing I did not stay.

The building is in a very remote area with no staff around it is in a bad state of repair and very misrepresented by the photographs on your site. I did not stay as a woman travelling alone I was frightened and fled the building.

Full kitchen in all rooms, plus common area kitchen. Excellent value.

Very spacious, can't understand the 107 sqft on the website. Charming property, good cooking facilities. Excellent value.

Plumbing is a bit of a work in progress. Driveway a little rough.
