TV in the room was too small. The furnishing was not put together with thoughts for aesthetics.

The staff at the Black Diamond Hotel were and are fabulous. I loved it !!!!

Location is good. Room is large and clean.

Little things like the Wi-Fi access code being a specific one that has to be retrieved from a different staff each time. Staff asking why I requested a second key card when I had a second occupant and the keys need to be placed in the key card to power electricity. Staff asking if I was checking out after they saw me with a large bag in the lobby and then requesting my room number as hotel policy after I said no. This request was particularly pointless because guests pay in full at check-in. There being no wipes on the gym to clean equipment before and after use and at one point, there not being any towel in the gym. Bed and pillows are not very comfortable.
