Location, the views and how spacious the room was. Breakfast was good, there was a good selection of African and western dishes!

Outdated rooms!… furniture needs to be modern just like the reception area and restaurant

The breakfast buffet was great. Many options to choose from. The dinner selections were limited. The only real issue was when I ordered strawberry cheesecake for dessert but the watress gave me caramel cheesecake instead. When I asked why she brought the caramel instead of strawberry, she said they didn't have strawberry. She should not have served me whatever she decided without asking me.

Laundry service were terrible very late to arrive and extremely late to deliver often leading to messing up your plans. Having to call reception 4-5 times before they picked up didn’t help. Outdoors social pool area is unbelievably small in comparison to the amount of guests staying in the hotel, resulting in guests having to sit inside as the space would be taken up very quickly. On top of that most of the furniture were uncomfortable so people would often take up all the comfortable seats quickly which in turn further spoiled the outdoor experience. The salon had one woman catering for men and women haircuts and styles, so when she took time off during a busy weekend there was no one that could cater to your needs. Very disappointing. No alternatives were provided or even advised.
