Black Diamond Hotel

Hotel is not well maintained. sheets and towels are old. They checked us into a room that has not yet been cleaned. We did not get the value of what we paid for

This hotel and its staff truly set the standard for exceptional service in Lagos. Everyone was friendly and enthusiastic about assisting me with everything I needed to create a wonderful birthday experience for my husband. I appreciated the wide range of services available and the straightforward check-in process. I'm pleased to say that the hotel is quite safe, as a room key is required to access any floor. I really like that! I plan to book another room soon.

Unfortunately my room was ant ridden and there was a big red cockroach in the bathroom. I asked to move rooms and there were ants there too, on the floor and table. The staff were very lovely, respectful and polite. The room size was great… Just a shame about the hygiene aspect.

I didn’t like the woman who sits people to have breakfast . Really unnecessary her there , unkind and always on the phone .

The pool was cold which is one of the amenities that attracted us to pick the hotel. The hotel pool needs a heater to keep the pool slightly warm which will also help to generate revenue because it would be revenue generating area due to customers buying drinks while lounging at the pool because Nigeria is hot. The lounge/pool side chair cushions or covers needs replacements due to permanent stains despite cleaning. Overall as a Nigerian American my wife and I enjoyed our stay, breakfast provided many choices and all meals ordered after breakfast were delicious and palatable.
