Instructions for key safe were good.

Smell of cigarettes, room up narrow stairs. No toilet upstairs, had to go downstairs. No kettle in the room, shared kitchen downstairs. Would not recommend or stay again.

Place was very clean throughout. It even had a washing machine, but nowhere to hang out the washing!

No breakfast, no ensuite, (ad on Booking.com reads as if there are ensuites, no tea/coffee facilities in room ad on Booking.com states all rooms have this. Room was tiny, mattress was awful, everytime my partner moved the mattress bounced about - cheap mattress. Traffic noise, street noise, neighbouring house, playing loud music and loud shouting.

The free parking was nice, but the spaces were small and on an incline. It wouldn't have been too much of a problem if one of the guests had parked their car properly. Instead they were more than 12" over the line, which made it nearly impossible for me to back out of my parking spot. I ended up scraping the side of my car along a raised walkway on the passenger side. This did not make me happy. Other guest was too inconsiderate to park properly in parking spot #1.

They should provide bottled water in every room at least to welcome their clients.
