Really nice property

It was all decorated and well presented.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes not only when you got in the house but also it was in the room I stayed. I really struggled with that smell to the point that I would throw up. There was no mirror in the room. The bathroom shower was good and it was clean. However, the sink and mirror were behind the toilet which was quite an awkward position for me to stand properly to shave and brush my teeth.

Convenience and cleanliness

The stairs which were steep and difficult for an older person with, arthritis and balance issues . I would also have liked to have been offered a breakfast option 🤔

Its location. Very noisy neighbours and loud Asian music being pumped out for the whole street to hear.

1) Place looks smart in the inside as it presents as having been recently redecorated/ renovated 2The steps to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep and narrow and therefore great risk when carrying language 3) the two bathrooms are all on the ground floor and therefore an inconvenience for guests on first floor bedrooms especially if you want to use the bathrooms often. 3) Along very busy and noisy road 24/7

Has a very nice kitchen, with kitchen facilities.

What I don't like is the shared toilets/washrooms but they're absolutely cleaned.

Cleanliness Bed Comfortable , I was happy to stay there and will stay again.

The property is located at a good place and is a walking distance from the train station. Privacy was okay.

The vehicular noises that occasionally interrupted sleeping.
