Connswater Town House Belfast

Property was clean and good central location.

Only informed of entry code at last minute and no outside sign to show. Quite stressful. Staff not particularly sympathetic. Bedroom was very small and right on Bloomfield Avenue with heavy traffic noise until late. Shared bathroom luckily worked out ok, but not ideal.

I had a ground floor room which I like very much. My room was big and next to all the facilities I needed.

Great value for money, did everything we needed, which was just a place to sleep. Practical sized kitchen and sitting room. Everything very clean on arrival, beautifully decorated and furnished, and enough space for our weekend bags

Very firm mattress, which wasn't the comfiest I've ever slept on, so not great for my back. Shared bathroom, which looked like the other guest may have been a yeti! Maybe so more reminders for guests to clean the bathroom when they are done.

The attitude of the person messaging was very bad. I saw no staff. I had a problem with shower and TV. I got no reply. I realised someone had come because the tv was on. The next day I had a problem again with the tv. They said there was nobody available. I got no help. I said I hadn't written my review. They said that they would not be blackmailed. I was offered 29 euro if I wanted to check out although I had paid 140 for 3 nights?. Unhelpful and unwelcoming. I was told the tv was a user error although no instructions were given. The customer is always right. You should remember that and be helpful and kind
