It is a comfortable room, bathroom and kitchen. They allow me to put my luggage 30 min before of the check in.

Don't allow to keep your luggage.As a traveler usually we need to keep our luggage before of after the check in and check out. Generally the places allow you, except this. And this affect our plans trip.

Toilet was too close to the wall

Loved the location. Very close to lots of shops and public transport hubs. Room was spacious. Kitchen was big. Stocked with breakfast items and bathroom was huge. TV in room was small but had roku TV. All mod cons available and working. Bed was large and comfy. Lots of comfy pillows also.

Honestly find it hard to pick something I didn't like. I will be returning here again when I visit Belfast again.

This was a great little set up for the cost. Your own private room with keypad to get in, and then free and open access to a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. It was clean and comfy and had everything that was needed. The low cost only reflects the fact that you are sharing bathroom facilities. Easy to find and access and within easy reach of a Co-op and some decent bars and cafes. Would definitely use again.

A decent blackout blind in bedroom two would have made it perfect.

Room was clean and location was what we needed.TV and lights good.Enough storage.

Could have done with a downstairs toilet. I wouldn't go somewhere with shared bathroom again.
