Neatness and location

The tile in the shower room is slippery, and it could cause an accident. i and my partner almost had an accident when stepping out of the bathtub

Was very clean and comfortable, great location mostly quiet and easily accessible.

Room was a tiny bit small.

Home in excellent condition, very tidy and nicely decorated. Information and rules were easy to find and very clear. The room and bed were comfortable and lots of pillows, towels provided and good quality, general super nice. The owner was friendly, super kind and understanding when I locked myself out by accident and helped me out very quickly. Great price I would really recommend for an understated budget stay.

Next to a road, not a super busy road and obviously its no fault of the owner, but the passing cars at times made it hard to sleep with the window open. The water pressure was very, very bad so not the best showering experience. It was disappointing that we were not allowed to properly cook in the kitchen, despite it being fully stocked with the tools necessary.

Clean, comfy, and comfortable.

The bed was hard. Road noise was loud. Room needs a fan.

The rooms and interior was beautiful and very comfortable. The accomadatiom had everything we needed.

The water temperatur was pretty hard to regulate but besides that everything was fine.

The location was fine, easy to get into the heart of Belfast, and there is a shopping centre near by with alot of restaurants.

It is not clear in the description that the bathroom is shared, if that was clearly stated we probably would not have booked. The price is affordable, but the shared bathroom explains why.
