The room and decor were fabulous. Very spacious and luxurious

Don’t think the breakfast is worth the price point. I messaged after the first days breakfast and left a note for staff to say neither my husband or me eat smoked salmon or cured meat, and was there an alternative as these items were main parts of the continental only breakfast and we had a further 3 breakfasts to come. We had a card left with the next breakfast to say there wasn’t any alternative however they would leave is two muffins. A little disappointing for something that could easily be rectified

The room here was perfect. So stylishly decorated and clean and comfortable. Shower was good and it was easy to park. Also easy to get in using the push button codes on the door. Breakfast was left in the room ready for the next morning. Would definitely return.

Tobermory is wonderful and Roslyn House is clean and tidy. They provide breakfast in a well stocked fridge with lots of goodies.

The croissants were not great - but it is Scotland not France

The room was very clean and cosy. The breakfast hamper was good. Bathroom and shower excellent. Overall, it was a very nice room.

You could tell if someone was walking about in the room above. Very squeaky floorboards woke me up. Wi fi was poor. Felt expensive for the stay.

Very stylish room with comfortable bed. Communal bar and sitting room were great. Breakfast was good.

TV and WiFi didn’t work. No staff on site to look at it. Room 1 is on ground floor. Room above had very creaky floor boards - woke us during night. Windows right onto street, needs blinds voile curtains. Plumbing also very noisy / sounded like air trapped in pipes.

No info on to operate the towel rack, the heaters, the fireplace. Seemed overpriced comparatively.

We stayed in the most beautiful and comfortable room, every aspect of which had been carefully considered and everything was of a really high standard. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and we had a sea view so having breakfast with the most beautiful view felt like a real privilege. I couldn’t fault the accommodation at all.

Nothing, it was perfect.
