The Bluebell

I liked the quiet room and the cleanliness. It had everything I needed. I have two suggestions. The light sensor should be altered. If coming in the front door or coming down from the bedrooms, the stairs stayed in darkness. I found it almost impossible to see the stairs. 2 a mirror needs to be near a plug so one can see to dry one’s hair.

See above, it met most of my needs but felt there needed to more light on the stairs and a mirror nearer a power socket.

Comfortable bed in a fairly central location, with Charlotte Street car park right behind. Although small, the room was smart and well presented with all the basic facilities provided.

The room was very small with almost no space for baggage. It was very cramped with 2 adults and the bathroom was difficult to use. The entry system was a bit temperamental.

On entering the accommodation there was a water station with a basket of apples and mini cakes for you to help yourself. You could also get little jugs of milk and bring it to your room so you could enjoy a nice cuppa. It’s always the little things, thank you 👌 🩷

Large, clean comfortable room, had everything we needed, water, tissues, great shower with complementary shampoo/ shower get and conditioner. Great size towels. Nice to have fresh milk available instead of those little long life pots.

No parking, no breakfast. Arrived Wednesday evening , we could park outside the property for a maximum if 30 minutes then had to use a nearby car park. Nice cup of tea in he morning but No breakfast available. Pleased to see that the tea was replaced but not the water whilst we were out on Thursday but no replacement teabags or water on Friday which meant no tea on Saturday morning. Neither of us drink coffee so that wasn’t an option and no fresh water. I can’t comment on the staff as we never saw anybody.
