You have to carry your own luggage 2 floors up if your room is on the top floor.

Leuke ruime en rustige kamer. Als je aan komt rijden verwacht je niet dat dit de accommodatie is. Het gebouw ziet er wat verwaarloosd uit. Maar de kamer die wij hadden was vrij goed. Met parkeerplaats aan de achterkant.

Bij deze kamer moet achterom het gebouw. Daar heb je ook een buitenzitje. Dit was erg verwaarloosd en het onkruid staat tegen de deur. Jammer

The single room was the coziest place for a solo traveler I've ever seen. On top of that, the accommodation was designed with an attention to detail - I can't think of ways how to improve it.

Location was great easy walk to all things Bath!

Property wasn't as well maintained as expected. Front garden needed a lot of care. Room was neat but had to message host to get cups cleaned and this happened only once. No amenities were provided for self service to keep room clean.

Spotless, lovely decor, good location, owners very accommodating, instructions all quite clear.

Double rooms a bit on the small side.
