Modern Guesthouse, Fast Wi-Fi, Street Free Parking, Central, Fully Equipped

The room was just as the advert suggested, it's always a bit of a risk with these things but it was very clean and just as described, top marks. Although I didn't use the kitchen it would have been very easy to get a meal done there which is something I would have usually done. Overall the price point I was very happy.

Nothing to do with the property but you are always at the mercy of the local area, it was a bit noisy from outside (there is some kind of meeting place) but because it was so warm it was windows open to sleep. Having said that I would stay again, just have a look if you are on your own before booking and make your own call.

Clean and modern room and facilities.

Everything seemed fine until the other guests arrived at 1am (we'd been sleeping since 11pm. Whilst in the kitchen the sound was so clearly heard from our room (room 4) that it felt like they were in the room with us. I actually jamp up out of bed thinking they had come into our room. Once they retired to their rooms (after 20mins or so) we couldn't hear them so I'm not sure, it's possibly an issue with soundproofing room 4's door. Location was easy to find but it's quite a rough area, after walking past a number of dubious looking groups on the way to town we opted for an Uber straight to the door in the evening to save walking through the neighborhood. Overall: Great facilities Poor / no soundproofing for room 4 Rough area but close to the town centre.

Location and free parking was great. Lovely place to stay for the night. Very clean and instructions to access property was very detailed and useful.

Was about a 20 minute walk into the centre, but this was my error for not checking properly when booking.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Urine in the toilet, hair on the sink, I couldn't find any cleaning products in the property, message the owner to drop some off but no response, you only get automated messages. Smell of cigarettes in the room even though the window was open. Noise from other room (you have 4 there in small space) woke us up at 1 a.m., I knocked on the door, was ignored, called the staff number left in the room, staff said he called noisy room, no improvement so we left for home in the middle of the night.
