The location and mark who was running the rooms

The top room was an absolutely shambles.. wouldn't put my dog in it... Giles in the walls, bloody on the bedding, fag ash in the draws. Room supposed to have been cleaned from the cleaners

It was very pleasant, room was cosy and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite, made sure we had everything we needed.

Lovely stay mark and staff was spot on nice and pleasant and helpful made sure my son comfortable for his stay thank you 😊 Close to amenities ideal we enjoyed our stay quite room we where in would stay again next visit

Just the fact that there was a bed to sleep in. When we went we were too tired and it was very late which is why we did not go somewhere else.

Disliked everything. Disgustingly dirty.the whole house was filthy. The toilet was disgusting. The bedding had stains and was not ironed. Bedsheet came out dui g the night. Very old and horrible mattress.

I did not like anything because our when we reached at the property the landlord said there are no rooms available!!! We booked almost 10 days before. If there were no rooms why did booking.com accepted the booking in the first place. Do you even communicate with the hotel managers or does they purposely over book. Don't know who is responsible here.

The window won’t close / lock nor would it stay open. Bathroom light didn’t work. Huge hole in wall behind toilet. No mirror in bathroom. Extractor fan makes distressed sounds. No bed side furniture. No bed side lighting. Bedding stained. Mattress seen many a better day. Weren’t given door code to get back in after night out, and got told off by manager for waking him up. Very noisy during the night.
