The room need to have more facilities and need renovation make it value for the money

Mark the manager was 100% helpful and very accommodating

Rooms were as described budget accommodation at budget prices

Mark has always been ever so welcoming.Its my 3rd time there And he made sure our stay was comfortable...A bit more clarity would do at the time of arrival as our stay was confirmed by booking.com but the caretaker wasn't made aware of the same

It would be better to provide a fridge in the room as our meals and food would disappear the next morning from the common fridge in the kitchen.And it has happened on more than one instance

We stayed in room 14 on the top floor. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst. Room was dirty. No door on en-suite. Many cobwebs. Hole in the wall and the blind wouldn’t close so had to sleep with the street lights shining in. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Left after 5 minutes place woz absolutely disgusting urine pheaes and blood on bedding and sheets shower and toilet filthy damp up wall carpets looked like they hadn't been hoovered since been put down place woz herendous highly recommend not to stay there place isn't fit for human occupancy!!!
