Bra läge och väl bemötande på plats. That’s it!

Fanns ingen bokning när vi kom så vi fick bo första natten på annat ställe då det inte fanns några lediga rum trots vår bokningsbekräftelse. När vi väl fick tillgång till vårt rum (dagen efter) så va det så skitigt ,ostädat och ofräsht så vi spenderade en natt där och sen checkade vi ut och tog in på hotell resterande vecka! Kompensation är väl inte att räkna med?

I had to leave after 1 night as the accommodation was inhabitable and I have tried to request a refund for the second night.

Damp, filthy, un secure, on 2 separate occasions men just walked into my room that was locked with a code so they must of had the code too, it was extremely un nerving.
