Cconforthotels R&B Gary House - SELF CHECK IN

I was disgusted with this property. Superior Room we booked. Broken bed i couldnt sleep on it. The bed had slats and they were twisted and broken. They knew it was broken because of how they tried to repair it previously. The curtains were badly frayed. The towels should be thrown out and the court yard view was overlooking a dirty courtyard at the back of flats. I think Expedia should not list this property it is substandard and doesn't deliver the advertised features or standards stated. I only stayed the night and we left. The owners are being greedy and i have formally complained to Expedia who i think have a moral responsibility to refund my money.

I like the location and everything was very accessible from the location

I didn’t know that everything was online and there was no one at the place and that was bit uncomfortable

Given the central location and having a balcony have its downsides as it can be noisy. Italians like to honk any time during the day and night From the booking description it wasn’t clear this was one property with many individual rooms. I only found out through the comments later on The system implemented to open every door (from main building, property and room) is very convoluted and confusing. Had to rely on neighbours which happened to be around as there was no answer when I tried the emergency number The room had no outdoor handle so had to push hard to close it properly. Had to report it to the owners which had it fixed the next day

The place was alright however the check-in and access was very confusing. We were able to call the office to figure it out with the help of a friendly Italian building resident, but would have been lost otherwise. So be prepared when you go to this place.

Good location. Nice for short stay.

Spacious room in a good location in the city centre. A 15 minutes' walk both to the old town and railway station. Airport bus stop in front of the building. Unfortunately some of the furniture was more or less broken.

Vær opmærksom på at der ikke er personale på stedet. Ingen information forud om adgang til værelse. Nøgleboksen var tom. Koldt på værelset. Fugt/svamp på væggene i badeværelset. Meget lydt. Placering udemærket.

According to the description wasn't clear that it was a complete flat with many separate rooms with different unknown people....
