Arrived off the ferry having checked in online, but found the link I'd been sent came up as "Server Error 404". Rang the office and the problem was sorted by phone very efficiently and apparently in Angela's own time as the office was closed. Apartment is well maintained and the location good for both the train station and the port. The technical issue needs to be addressed - if the sme thing happens to the wrong client, it could cause a lot of anxiety and stress.

Beautifully maintained and pretty secure once you get the hang of the electronic entry system. Rather a lot of walking needed between reception office and the premises. Good location between station and port area. Special instructions need a bit of clarification - explain how to check in online before arriving. Vikey doesn’t work - demands a password without giving the opportunity to create one.

A nice room with a spacy balcony. Very nice view over park to grab a morning coffee. Comfortable beds, large bathroom and basic equipment in the room (fridge, pod coffee machine, tv). There's a small kitchenette in the corridor, with a sink and plates, but not really to prepare a meal. Very good location, close to the old city center and good communication with Bari Centrale.

The self-checkin system might be bit of a trouble, but we've sorted it out with the help of staff. Watch out under the shower, as it's a walk-in and it's easy to make a mess.

code for opening the doors didn't work, we were unable to call both the numbers provided for these purposes. same in the evening, link for entering didn't work, could reach anyone. finally did but it was nothing but smooth. Comunication in Italian - I asked more than once to switch to English. Room was very dirty, black dust everywhere (even on towels), especially in the shower. Dog barking in the neighbours flat, loud footsteps above us...

Very central with a nice view on giardino Garibaldi

Quite noisy at night especially with the motorcycles.
