We really enjoyed our stay. The room felt fresh and newly updated, spotless, and very comfortable. It had plenty of space for two, and the bathroom was modern and well designed.

The location is convenient but close to a busy street, so nights can be a bit noisy. Breakfast lacked variety, and despite being in Sicily, they never offered oranges during our five‑night stay. There’s clear room for improvement.

Location excellent, customer service excellent

Honestly my first room (5) the first night was really nice, owners were sweet, bed comfortable, shower good, view from balcony insane, had a nice soy cappuccino for breakfast and some granola and lactose free yogurt. Tub was nice too though the jets didn’t work. Everyone was as nice as could be, the location was fantastic, the wifi was fast (I taught a class for work while there), and the elevator was key!

Only suggestions would be better pastries as they were pretty bad, more fruit for breakfast (maybe some local ones like apricots cherries or nesparole?), maybe some herbal tea packets, and conditioner in the shower.

This property is wonderful but the room matters. My first night in a big room with tub was awesome. Second night in room with two small twin beds was less comfortable even though the shower was good. The beds in this room were not comfortable unlike my bed the first night in a different room—I would have appreciated better pillows (very flat) and an extra blanket. The room was small as well but the view was still great and it was nice to be able to have a balcony. Breakfast was cute

The property is brilliant. In a perfect spot for everything you want and need.

Location was great. The owners really good pre arrival offering help with parking. Always happy for us to WhatsApp any questions throughout our stay. Easy self check in. Very clean

Breakfast is basic. No hot options. Breakfast same each day a variation every few days would be great!

Particularly the personal touch and amazing hospitality. Made you feel more like friends than clients. xx

Discreet and secluded - it lovely inside.

The staff were kind and considerate. They knew how to take care of the small details like accommodating a late check in and check out and having recommendations for food ready.

Honestly everything was perfect.
