La ubicación

The property is ideally located in central Palermo. The room was spacious, beautifully presented and comfortable. The bathroom is modern with a really good walk in shower. The air-conditioned room was well equipped with kettle, fridge and hairdryer. There is a small balcony equipped with two chairs and a table where you can sit out and enjoy the late afternoon/ early evening sun. Communication from the hosts was exceptional. I had requested a late check in and received an immediate response. About four days before we were due to travel I was contacted on WhatsApp by Mary setting up a ‘contact group’ for all future communication. Around 3 days before travelling I was sent a self check in message and upon completion I was sent a link with details (including pictures) of how to use the key pads to enter the main building and the apartment. When we landed in Sicily I was sent another message welcoming me and asking me to confirm when I arrived at the apartment and got in to my room. I confirmed my arrival and then received a message detailing breakfast arrangements. The concise and clear communication took all the stress out of the process. Our hosts could not have been better. We were also told that we could message at anytime if we had any questions or encountered any problems and while we didn’t need to take advantage of this offer it was very comforting to know that help was available should we need it.

PH was wonderfully situated on a main street that has been transformed into a pedestrian thoroughfare. This makes the location perfect for entertainment and dining. The property is in the heart of the city and being located on the fifth floor provides panoramic views of the city and beyond from the balcony. The room was exceptional with large spaces and excellent bedroom and bathroom. The soaker tub was a welcomed bonus. The host and staff were welcoming and helpful in all regards especially Giovanna. Highly recommend a stay here in Palermo.

Nice, cozy, clean apartment. Italian breakfast was really good. Stuff were great, they sent us all informations we asked! 12 points goes to Palermo Historia :)

Everything, the breakfast was so attentively and the place was so clean.

Un seul regret : ne pas être restés plus longtemps !

La situation géographique, la propreté du logement.

Notre chambre était à proximité directe de l entrée, l'isolation phonique n'était pas optimale. Cela a été gênant, principalement au réveil.
