La camera ( Taormina)pulita ed accogliente

Una dello staff che non rispondeva alle mie chiamate, ha provato a darmi una stanza diversa da quella che avevo prenotato, mi ha dato un codice di ingresso errato e ha cancellato la messaggistica whatsapp. La colazione doveva essere su richiesta ed invece non è stato possibile farla in struttura perché era bassa stagione.

Questa struttura sembra abbandonata , segni d' incuria ovunque , nessun membro dello staff presente, abbiamo fatto fatica a rintracciare qualcuno... Camera costosissima che non vale i soldi spesi , il bagno è così piccolo che le gambe toccano la piccola vasca da bagno di fronte . Nessun servizio . anche l' esterno è deludente tante scale poco spazio ed una piccola piscina che in foto sembra grande e che va pagata a parte, piante secche ed erbacce ovunque

To much stairs No table and chairs in the balcony The fridge don't cool well We was 3 guest and only 2 cups

"Buono ma non eccezionale"

La receptionist Roberta è una vera padrona di casa disponibile gentile e sorridente la piscina discreta ma troppe scale per visitarla , colazione abbastanza buona , per il resto dei servizi tutto nella norma

Il parcheggio è un grande problema La piscina non e molto adatta al bambini Pochi bar e supermercati nella zona

"Nice clean rooms but beware hidden pool costs"

Clean rooms and gardens. Easy check-in

Hidden pool fees and limited use times. The pool is the main draw card of the property (as shown in the first 20 photos of the listing) and so we booked mainly to use the pool, however later found out it would cost nearly half as much as our whole accommdation cost again to use the pool & the pool was only open between 10am and 1pm (sunrise 6am), and 4pm and 7pm (sunset time 9pm). Just include the cost of the pool use in the accommodation booking cost as this is more transparent. It just didn't leave a good feeling.
