Booked because it said we had a private bathroom but didn't, it was a shared bathroom. Room was so small you couldn't swing a cat about. Walls and door were filthy. We were in room 6 right next to shared bathroom so there were people slamming the door all night. Other guests were so noisy during the night.

Had to fill in a large questionnaire and wanted digital ID and a photo. Wouldn’t put my dog in the bed. TV didn’t work. Handed my keys in and found something much better round the corner for £10 more.

If I could add pictures you would be shocked!! Room was disgusting and dirty!! It states a PRIVATE bathroom it is not it is shared!! I had to ring and ring all day until 6pm the night we was staying they finally sent me the codes to get in to stay over! We walked in the room couldnt even move it was like a prison cell and left immediately we paid £20 for late checkout and they still have not refined me just ignore the messages and calls DON NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE!! The bed smelt damp and not clean
