The heat of the radio and boiler should have checked before I move to the property. It didn’t heat at all wasnt enough for all property all night, which was 0° outside. All property was cold and radiator in my room started leaking water when I turned it on which the management known from past customers but not fixed

Nothing at all everything was perfect
GBOn arrival in the property we were concerned by communication in the room regarding room access, causing us concern regarding safety and security in the room. We therefore decided not to stay the night that we had booked. We would not book this accommodation again and firmly do not recommend to others.
IEStayed in another hotel for a night ended up leaving it as it was filthy Found this place for me and my son as we were attending a Liverpool game at anfield Literally a 2 minute walk to anfield location could not be any better Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable Shower and toilet rooms were spotless Nice and secure area for a family stay for game days Would highly recommend this property staff could not be more helpful Nice clean kitchen area for breakfast Little restaurant next door which food is very nice too Thanks so much for making it so easy for our stay on short notice
