"very disgraceful and communicating with the staff was a nightmare."

On the third floor not stated it's not suitable to persons, pregnant or those with a physical disability.

"The BKT cribs experience"

The entire Ambiance felt homely and really good. Staff was ok, Smart with house keeping was exceptional. I had a great time.

The bathroom had issues, it wasn't completely fixed. The pots in the kitchen were too small. We were attended to way later than we arrived, the excuse we were given was the rooms were been cleaned only to realize some people we came in before were checked in before us. Our breakfast was given except for one day. Fantastic location, proximate to loads of place i visited.
